This Wednesday 5th December, She Said So are wrapping up the year with a workshop all about streaming services at 7pm in the Liquor Rooms. The workshop will cover topics such as the streaming services that are available, how each one works, playlisting strategies, and more.
This She Said So event will be hosted by Ceri Dixon. Ceri is currently the head of Digital Partnerships at Rubyworks Records, Ireland’s largest independent record label and management company which boasts acts like Hozier and Wyvern Lingo.
She Said So is an international network of women who work in the music industry. The group aims to break down gender stereotypes and increase the number of women working in active roles in music. She Said So’s Dublin branch formed earlier this year and have hosted two successful events so far.
This week’s workshop is open to all women and non-binary people who are working or interested in working in the music industry. The workshop is free to attend but must be booked in advance by emailing shesaidsodublin@gmail.com.
