The Altered Hours release the second single from their newest EP On My Tongue.
Over the Void possesses endless distortion, clanging guitars and filthy bass riffs, bridging the gap between Shoegaze and Noise Rock with a tinge of the psychedelic.
With gentle dream like vocals that sit on top of abrasive and distorted soundscapes the track is propelled forward by a frantic drum sound. Just under three minutes in length, Over the Void is an intense snippet of what The Altered Hours are about.
Reflecting the feel of the track, the video for Over the Void is frantic and hazy with moments of clarity. Watch below.
On My Tongue is due for release on the 9th of March on 12’’ on Art for Blind and Penske Recordings.
