Hey there readers and followers!
Sinéad here with some news…
I have decided to hand over the running of MNÁSOME to the wonderful team and I will be stepping away completely. It’s been a long time coming and not an easy decision that has taken some time to finally make, but it’s the right one for me.
I’m so proud of MNÁSOME and so grateful to have met so many wonderful, ambitious, dedicated and inspiring women over the last 4 years.
Thank you so much for all of your support, I’m so glad I was able to create a platform that brings people together and supports so many awesome girls and women in music!
I’m going to focus on my own singing and teaching now and I will of course, forever, be celebrating women in everything they do and continue to encourage and support my peers, colleagues and students wherever I can.
A huge thank you to the team, Ema, Alison, Rebecca and Ciara and all past, present and future contributors! I’m so grateful for everyone’s participation and dedication to the running of MNÁSOME. I’m delighted that it will continue and excited to see where it goes from here.

There are lots of people advocating and trailblazing for women and girls in music right now, it’s an exciting time and long may it continue!
