Tipperary native Mimi Lane has released her first single titled ‘I’m So Scared’. The song which was released in November is a testament to the singer’s impressive vocal ability.
The aptly titled song explores the difficult journey of self-acceptance in a world that can often place obstacles in our way, testing who we are.
The song is rich with gorgeous harmonies and backing vocals and Mimi shows off her seemingly effortless range with lots of vocal embellishments. This song is reminiscent of a classic Paloma Faith pop ballad with its delicate verses leading to powerful choruses.
